Pots and Plants

The Green Spring Gardens Park in Annandale, Virginia, invited our group (The Clay Connection) to show horticulturally-inspired pots at their Reference Library during the months of July and August. The event was so successful that they have also invited us to participate in their Fall Fair in late September. In addition to making flowerpots and vases, I have been playing with (I have a hard calling it "working"!) incorporating plant-inspired designs into various pots. Here is some of what I've been doing recently as well some of the finished pieces with a plant theme that I showed in July/August.
